Eggless Custard Recipe:
1. Measure 25 g (two tablespoons) of Helly's Custard Powder into a bowl.
2. Take 500 ml Milk. Out of that, add 1/4 cup milk to Custard Powder to make a smooth paste.
3. Boil the remaining 3/4 cup milk with 3 heaped tableapoons (50 g) sugar.
4. Remove from heat, add the paste and cook again for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring continuously to avoid burning.
5. Let it cool and your delicious custard is ready to eat.
Storage Instructions: Store in an air tight container in cool dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Always use a dry spoon to take out Custard Powder from its container.
